To render better service to its clients, NORFI built the Negros Occidental Rehabilitation Center in Bacolod City in 1982. The Foundation’s programs and services are carried out in this Center.

A disabled indigent person can avail of quality medical rehabilitative care being offered at the NORC by a Medical Director and backed up by a qualified team of doctors and rehabilitation workers.
